If you received a damaged item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org that day. Once we have received your email along with a photo of the damage we will refund you or ship you a new item. Return shipping and shipping of the new item is on us! We appreciate you shopping with us, and we will always make it right!

You will need to email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you with further instructions. You are responsible for the shipping charges if there is no defect or damage to the product.
