Healthy Pumpkin Bread

Even though it's 100 degrees outside today, my heart and house are screaming for FALL. Sooo.. I spent today making Pumpkin Bread with a healthy twist! I successfully made pumpkin bread without calling my mom 5 times, so I would say this is an easy recipe! I just learned to cook this year. In fact, I just learned that baking soda is a baking ingredient and not just a fridge freshener :0 So if I can bake this, so can you. 
1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup of pumpkin puree
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla 
How To:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
2. Combine dry ingreidents 
3. Combine wet ingredients 
3. Mix dry and wet ingredients together 
5. Spray loaf pan and pour batter 
4. Bake for 40 minutes 
That's IT! Easy and delish!
